We analyze 1,000+ occupations using task-level decomposition to give professionals a clear, honest assessment of AI's impact on their careers — not fear-mongering, not dismissal, but practical insights they can act on.
How It Works
Every occupation is broken down into its constituent tasks. Each task is then scored for AI exposure — considering both cognitive automation (language models, reasoning systems) and physical automation (robotics). The result is a granular, evidence-based picture of where AI is likely to assist, augment, or replace human work within a given role.
Rather than a single headline number, we surface the task-level detail so you can understand exactly which parts of your job are most affected — and which remain distinctly human.

Data Methodology
Our analyses are grounded in O*NET occupational data from the U.S. Department of Labor — the most comprehensive, publicly available dataset of occupational tasks, skills, and work activities. O*NET data is combined with AI capability research to produce task-level exposure scores.
Coverage
1,000+ occupations analyzed, spanning professional services, trades, healthcare, education, creative fields, and more. Coverage is expanding continuously.
